Rental Properties Information & General Qualification

RBP: All residents will be also enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package or RBP. The cost is $39.95* per month including the renter’s insurance in addition to the rent. You can find out more about it here.

General Qualification: We require a 625+ credit score with TransUnion ResidentScore 4.0. We do NOT use scores obtained by the applicant. Also, we require a verifiable income of 3 times the rent. We only use the income of the applicant with 625+ credits to calculate the income ratio.

Background Check: We will also do a criminal background check, landlord reference, and employment verification.

Application Fee: The NON-REFUNDABLE application fee is $55 per adult (18 or older.)  

Pet: We allow 2 dogs or cats in total. The Pet application is $20 per pet. We use PetScreening. The Pet fee is a $250 initial fee, plus $25 per month per pet.

Lease Length & Move-In Date: This will be different depending on the property.
