Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes. The source of income is a protected class in IL, since 2023. -
Are you licensed?
Yes. We are licensed IL real estate brokers. Also, we do have various village rental licenses or will obtain proper village licensing as needed. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes. That is the only way we deposit the owner draw. -
Do I get to see the lease?
You have the opportunity to see the blank lease agreement prior to onboarding with us. Signed lease agreement will be available within the owner portal, 24/7. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes. We can help you buy and sell properties, whether it's a rental property or your primary resident. -
How and when do I get my checks?
The owner draw will be sent to the owner’s bank account within the first 15th day of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Everything will be handled online. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically, 1 to 2 years. Most of our lease end at the end of March. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically the same amount as one month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can typically start managing your rental property within a few weeks. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single-family properties, townhouses, condos, and small multi-family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You have 24/7 access to various reports available at the owner portal. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We will receive and hold the security deposit in our trust account.
