Can you hold a place before I apply?
We will hold the place once all the steps, including but not limited to paying the security deposit and 1st month rent. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. You only have to pay the security deposit and the 1st month rent. Depending on when you move-in, you may have to pay the prorated rent on the day of the move-in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
We will refund the security deposit according to what it says on the lease agreement. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Depending on your situation, such as but not limited to challenging credit, we may accept a co-signer. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please go to the property page and click 'Apply' on the property you want to rent. -
How do I pay rent?
Once the lease agreement is signed by all parties, you will receive a portal where you can set up a payment, including an automatic payment. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please read the pet policy here. Some properties do not accept pet. Assistant/emotional support animals are always accepted. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
You have to sign a lease assignment form. You can find the sample here. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You can respond to the letter that the property manager will send 45-60 days prior to the lease expiration date. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Generally speaking, anything that is considered beyond normal wear & tear will be the responsibility of the tenant.
